We hope you will always be pleased with your care and the services we provide. If, however, there are times we do not meet your expectations, our Patient Advocate is available to help you.

Your First Contact
Most of the time a question or concern can be resolved quickly simply by stopping by the reception desk or calling on the telephone. Briefly describe your concern to the receptionist; he or she will put you in touch with the service provider most likely to be able to help.

If this step does not meet your needs, it is time to contact our Patient Advocate.

Your Advocate
Renee Kopach is the Patient Advocate for our facilities in Grant and White Cloud. You can call her directly at 231-689-0885.
Carol Burba is the Patient Advocate or our facilities in Baldwin. You can call her directly at 231-745-2000 ext. 3.

They will listen to your concerns, then contact the appropriate person on our staff to try to help resolve the issue.

If you still are not satisfied, you may wish to contact our Executive Assistant at 231-745-2743. She will arrange a telephone conference or meeting with our Executive Director.
