Experience:
From 2007 to 2009, Dr. Briggs worked as a missionary doctor in Togo, West Africa. He also worked as a mission doctor in the Northern Marianas Islands in the early 1990s. He was a family practice physician in Fremont from 1993 to 2006.

Dr. Briggs enjoys time with his wife and children, hunting, and coaching soccer.
