When a loved one suffers from memory loss, you feel alone. Your relationship changes. You spend your time taking care of your loved one. And no time taking care of yourself.
The In-home Respite program of Family Health Care can help you find time for you. Our trained volunteers make weekly visits to your home during the day, on the weekends, sometimes even over night. We can also help with referrals for other community services, like meals, household chores, adult day care, and personal care.
Find relief from some of your daily cares. Take time for the little things. And get back to building loving memories.
