Improvements to Pharmacy Curbside Pick-Up
It has been our great honor to serve our patients throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic continuously. Our pharmacies have offered curbside pick-up for our patient’s prescription and over the counter medicine needs since March 16, 2020. Our staff has endured many situations providing this service, and they are nothing short of heroes. We intend to improve this service for our patients to continue safe, healthy, and prompt service for both staff and patients!
Now that the pharmacy is open for customer entry through the main lobby, we will be limiting the number of curbside patients we can serve at a time. We have successfully designated three “Pharmacy Curbside Pick-Up ONLY” parking spaces for patients to acquire their products (see photo example). We ask that you only call once you park in a designated space, and indicate which numbered spot you are in.
For our staff’s safety, please refrain from bringing ANY dog/pets to the curbside pick-up.
For our staff’s safety, please refrain from smoking while on our NON-Smoking campus.
For our patients, staff, and community’s safety, please park in the parking spaces appropriately according to local and state laws. (This means parking with the flow of traffic and not against.)
Failure to abide by these rules will result in an inability to offer you curbside pick-up. You will need to move your vehicle to the parking lot and enter the building from the main entrance.
As always, we are honored and humbled by the appreciation from our patients. It is our wish that we continue to offer this service to those that are in need. We welcome all customers from the community to come into our pharmacies, meet the staff that helps take care of them, and take advantage of the many services we offer.
