Heidi Parent-Leonard, LMSW, is a licensed social worker. Parent-Leonard completed her Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and sociology from Grand Valley State University in Allandale. She brings to Family Health Care a proven expertise in developing treatment plans, delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and effective collaborating with care teams across diverse and high-acuity settings.
