Heidi Parent-Leonard, LMSW

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing mental health concerns, substance use challenges, and complex life stressors that impact day-to-day functioning. My approach is structured, collaborative, and focused on developing individualized plans that support each patient’s unique needs. I use evidence-based interventions to help patients gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and work toward measurable progress. My goal is to provide consistent, supportive care where patients feel engaged and confident in their treatment.
