Baldwin Family Health Care’s (BFHC) website, familyhealthcare.org, is strictly informational. BFHC does not collect, request, or store Protected Health Information (PHI) or medical records through this public website.

To provide secure access to patient medical records, bill pay, and provider communication, BFHC partners with a trusted third-party Patient Portal vendor. When a patient click links to access the Patient Portal, they are leaving our public website and entering a secure, encrypted environment managed by BFHC’s third-party partner.

Any personal or medical data provided within the Patient Portal is strictly protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and is governed by the organization’s separate Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP), as well as the privacy policies of the portal vendor. BHC is not responsible for the privacy practices or security of third-party websites outside of our direct control.
