Anna Palmquist, LLPC, CAADC is a limited licensed professional counselor and a certified alcohol and drug counselor. Palmquist completed her Master of Counseling in Clinical Mental Health from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota and a Bachelor of science in Psychology from Central University in Mt.
