BALDWIN, Michigan – United States Senator Elissa Slotkin visited Family Health Care’s clinic in Baldwin on Tuesday, May 5.

“Senator Slotkin has been a strong advocate for increasing access to affordable healthcare and ensuring underserved communities have the resources they need to thrive,” said Julie Tatko, CEO of Family Health Care. “We appreciate her commitment to strengthening healthcare funding and championing the unique needs of rural communities across Michigan.”

Family Health Care was founded in 1967 as Michigan’s first Community Health Center. They operate full-service clinics and school-based health centers in Lake, Newaygo, Osceola, Mecosta, Missaukee, and Newaygo counties, providing medical, dental, behavioral health, vision, lab, radiology, and pharmacy services to more than 24,000 patients each year.
