Statement on Grant School Board contract for Child and Adolescent Health Center
“We are happy that the Grant School Board has approved a contract that allows us to move forward and continue providing easy access to high-quality health care at the school-based clinic. The new contract does not change the way services are provided. The language follows all program requirements set forth by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. New provider joins Family Health Care’s Baldwin clinic
Samantha Lopez, FNP-C, has joined Family Health Care as a family nurse practitioner. She will see patients of all ages at the Family Health Care clinic at 1615 Michigan Avenue in Baldwin. Family Health Care was not given notice that the Board of Education would be discussing the contract regarding the school-based Child and Adolescent Health Center (CAHC) located within Grant Middle School. Nurse Practitioner Joins Family Health Care’s Cadillac Clinic
Family Health Care is pleased to announce the addition of Kaley Aown, FNP-C to its medical clinic located at 520 Cobb Street in Cadillac. Aown is now accepting new patients of all ages. Aown is a certified family nurse practitioner. She earned her nurse practitioner degree from Michigan State University. Her undergraduate studies were completed at Northern Michigan University in Marquette. A native of Northern Michigan, Aown has more than seven years of nursing experience.
