New provider joins Family Health Care’s Baldwin clinic
Samantha Lopez, FNP-C, has joined Family Health Care as a family nurse practitioner. She will see patients of all ages at the Family Health Care clinic at 1615 Michigan Avenue in Baldwin. Nurse Practitioner Joins Family Health Care’s Cadillac Clinic
Family Health Care is pleased to announce the addition of Kaley Aown, FNP-C to its medical clinic located at 520 Cobb Street in Cadillac. Aown is now accepting new patients of all ages. Aown is a certified family nurse practitioner. She earned her nurse practitioner degree from Michigan State University. School-based health clinics being added in Reed City and Evart
Family Health Care has been awarded grant funding from the state of Michigan to add school-based health centers in the Evart and Reed City school districts. The Child and Adolescent Health Center Program Planning Grants through the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) will provide $100,000 in funding for each school district to work with Family Health Care to create a school-based health clinic that would deliver mental and primary health care services
